When buying new production, purchase costs are added with approx. 13,5 %. These costs consist of IVA (VAT) 10 %, Stamp duty 1.2 % and the rest are costs for a Spanish lawyer, notary and registration in the property register.

Construction have started may 2024 and will take approx 1,5 year, and then it takes a couple of months more to get the First Occupancy Licence to be able to move in.
