the air. In early summer a riot of color fills the wild
flower garden. Bougainvillea cascades down walls and
bright flowers spill over paths and paving. And in winter
the house entertains you with a library on the first floor
landing, a piano in the living room and warmly
welcoming colors in the furnishings and fabrics. A larger
than average swimming pool is surrounded by lawns
made for sunloungers and an outdoor dining terrace
enjoys the cool shade of burgeoning vines. Within the
house there's a kitchen/dining room, airy living room and
three bedrooms - the master with bathroom en suite. A
helpful Majorcan couple (and their friendly dog) look
after the house and live unobtrusively in an annexe at the
rear of the house, with a separate private entrance.
