Es Moli is a delightful farmhouse and old water mill, situated in magical surroundings in the Algedar Valley in Menorca, and is ideal for lovers of nature, peace and seclusion. The cliffs that tower over the valley are home to rare vultures and eagles who nest on the rock caves, while the valley itself and the stream which runs through it, abound with wild flowers and plant life unique to this part of the island. The 25 acres of grounds at Es Moli include a citrus orchard and vegetable and herb gardens.
The house has recently been renovated and consists of two separate buildings, The Mill House and The Cottage. Original features, such as thick walls, beamed ceilings and green shuttered windows, have been retained, and the rooms are charmingly decorated in a relaxed country style. Amenities include SAT TV, two CD players, board games, portable fans, and heating, if required. There are several terraces for relaxing and dining, one with a barbeque, shower and toilet, just below the "alhibi", officially a water tank, but which appears and functions as a 23 x 39 ft. swimming pool.
The property is approached from the main road from Mahon to Cuitadella, down a 15 - 20 minute drive which becomes a narrow bumpy track, so a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended. The nearby village of Ferreries has a good selection of shops, including several leather factory outlets and cafes. Because of its unique location, the house has its own power supply, there is no telephone, but mobiles work if youwalk up to the high ground behind the house.

Maid service 3 hours per week, extra hours on request. However, Es Moli is ideally suited for clients who take their staff.
