The Folly is a large modern property. Designed and built
12 years ago to the owner's very individual specifications.
It is located at the southeast part of the island, just 3
minutes drive from Binibeca Beach. The charming
fisherman's village of Binibeca with its white washed
houses, shops and restaurants, and narrow cobbled streets,
is about a five minutes drive away.
Although at the edge of a residential area, the house is
very private, surrounded by extensive lawned gardens
with a variety of flowering plants. The spacious interiors
have marble floors, and high vaulted ceilings and have
been equipped to a very high standard. Amenities include
air conditioning, digital SAT TV, VCR, CD player and a
large collections of books, tapes and CDs for guest's use.
A particular feature of the property is the 16 x 49 ft.
indoor swimming pool with large sliding glass doors
along one side which open to terraces and the garden.
The tiled terraces surrounding the pool are equipped with
a range of fitness machines, and sun loungers on the sun
terrace. A door from the pool room leads to a large steam
room, Jacuzzi for 8 people and a multi jet shower. There
is also a full size squash court with viewing gallery.
