has a prime position in the grounds of
the famous Penina Golf Course. Its
own tennis court adds a rare sporting
attraction.
With big sofas and lots of cushions,
airy bedrooms and cane furnished
terraces, this is a large and
welcoming house, designed with
comfort in mind. An antique tiled
entrance hall leads into the stylish
living room at the heart of the house.
This room, in turn, opens onto the
huge shaded terrace which stretches
the length of the spacious building
and overlooks the carefully tended
gardens. The grounds are home to a
tennis court (lessons can be arranged)
and an attractive swimming pool,
which can be fenced off from the
garden and the main house. There's
also a shower and changing room by
the pool, a BBQ in the garden, and
loungers, chairs and a sofa swing
strategically placed for dining or
relaxing. In addition to the main
house, which accommodates four
adults and four children, Penina 62
has a fully self contained casita,
which offers independence to a
further four guests. A staffed villa in
a sporty spot!
Note: The owner's bedroom is kept
locked and is not available for rent.
