this spacious and comfortable villa offers
year round relaxation in a secluded 40 acre
setting.
Set on a plateau and nestled among small
hills with oaks and wild olive trees.

The house looks out to spectacular views
of the Ronda and Grazalema mountains,
which give it a feeling of "far from the
madding crowd", yet its just 6 kms. from
the pretty village of Gaucin. Year round
comfort is provided for with air
conditioning and full central heating, along
with a retractable greenhouse type roof over
the large but fairly shallow heated
swimming pool. The house itself is designed
for family living. A magnificent Moorish
style living room forms the center of the
house, with sitting and dining areas, a
high ceiling, tall windows and a huge
fireplace, while the kitchen and the five
bedrooms form the outer edges - with doors
and arches linking them back to the main
rooms. A delightful hideaway for ten people.
