This property is situated on Punta
de la Mona, halfway between the
towns of La Herradura and
Almunjecar, and is 45 minutes
from the Malaga airport. As part
of an environmentally aware area,
building has been restricted here to
maintain the beautiful natural scenery.
The house is surrounded by mature,
terraced gardens overlooking the
magnificent bay of La Herradura. The
views from the 14 x 26 ft. infinity
pool and jacuzzi are straight out over
the Mediterranean. Three large
covered terraces, facing south and
west also have wonderful views of
the sea and the bay. There is an
outdoor bar area and a ping pong
table. There are several tennis clubs
and diving schools within walking
distance on either side of Punta de la
Mona and three golf courses within a
30 minute drive. There is a 30 ft. Sea
Ray powerboat berthed at Marina del
Este, which can be chartered, with
skipper, skis and dinghy, for water
skiing and visiting numerous small
coves and beaches on the coast
between Nerja and Almeria.

arranged on request as can chauffeured
transport between house and airport.
