bedrooms each open onto a broad and sunny
balcony, an excellent vantage point from which
to view the gardens. The citrus orchard is
edged with expanses of well-kept lawns. The
pool, with its semi-circle of shallow steps, is
perfectly positioned for privacy in a sheltered
hideaway spot, and there's a river in the valley
below, though it's barely a trickle in the
summer. The large ground floor windows,
open to catch the cool of a breeze, and light
floods in to add to the feeling of spaciousness
throughout the house. La Charca's position, on
the outskirts of the market town of Coin, puts a
feast of local flavor on your doorstep including
the local Ferias.
