fruit trees, this is a fairly new house, very
well equipped for contemporary comfort
and convenience. A large swimming pool
forms the focus in the grounds, with a pool
house nearby and a BBQ area for al fresco
dining. Inside, the spacious kitchen is
complemented by a pantry / utility room,
and the dining room opens onto a furnished
outdoor terrace which looks out over the
pool and gardens. A short flight of steps
takes you into a big and comfy living room,
with SAT TV, a ceiling fan, an open
fireplace, and doors to a second terrace. The
master bedroom, in the tower, has a king size
bed and an en-suite bath, while the further
bedrooms share a bath. A really roomy house
for up to six people, it's within 2 kms. of the
local shops and restaurants.
