This very attractive beachside
property is superbly located
between the Marbella Club Hotel
and the Puente Romana Hotel.
There is direct access from the
walled garden, filled with trees
and flowers, to the promenade and
sandy beach, and the beachside
restaurants of both hotels as well
as water sports activities. There are
also tennis courts within walking
distance available for use on
request. The property is reached
via an access road leading down to
the beach from the main road and
there is garage parking. The house
is built on one level only and the
exterior is covered with
bougainvillea, plumbago and
jasmine vines. The rooms open to
large furnished terraces and the
pretty southeast facing garden. To
the front of the house is a triangular
shaped swimming pool (20 x 20 x
26 ft.).
The well planned rooms are
traditionally furnished and will
accommodate up to 6 adults and 4
children. Our other property here,
Michelangelo, is just behind, so the
two could be rented together to two
families or a larger group of friends
traveling together.
