This is a great hose for outdoor living,
although the interiors are also very special.
Located close to Marbella with all of its
amenities, this is the ultimate in luxury.
The villa is structured around a central
courtyard, with a open plan entertaining
room and dining room opening onto a
covered terrace facing the swimming
pool and gardens. A smaller living room
with a piano and a further dining room
open onto a summer dining terrace. There
is also a separate "Christian's" dining
room with a small seating area, ideal for
children, and a study with internet access.
This level also has an en-suite bedroom
with a private terrace. Stairs lead down to
a spacious game room / gym on the lower
level and a home theatre with a plasma TV
and DVD player. The other bedrooms are on
the first floor, all with en-suite baths and two
terraces, but the master bedroom stretches
the concept with two baths as well. There are
five doubles and one twin.
Within the private landscaped floodlit
gardens, there is a 23 x 46 ft. heated
swimming pool (heating extra) , a pool
house with summer kitchen, BBQ, outdoor
dining area, and changing rooms, as well
as a flexipave tennis court and adjacent
gazebo shading a well stocked fridge. There
is parking for six cars and entrance is by
electric gate and video entry phone. The
property is fully air conditioned, included
in the rent.
Staff: Resident couple in separate
accommodation for cleaning and general
maintenance of the house and grounds.
Cook and baby sitter on request.
Distances: Guadalmina beach and golf
course - 5 min. walk, Puerto Banus - 10
min. drive, Marbella - 15 min., Malaga
airport - 45 min.
