Payment model:
1. Reservation fee: € 6,000 + VAT 10 %.
2. When signing the private purchase contract you pay 30 % + VAT, or if you prefer 15 % + VAT and another 15 % + VAT divided in up to 18 payments during the construction period.
3. The remaining 70% + VAT you pay when it is ready to move in and the title deed is made at the notary.

When buying new construction, calculate with approximately 13% in purchase costs, which includes 10 % VAT, 1.2 % stamp duty, and the rest is the cost of Spanish legal assistance, notary fees and registration costs of the new owner in the property register.

It's a 7 min drive (4 km) to Torrox Costa where there is a long promenade along the beaches and along it there are many restaurants and bars. There are also several large supermarkets and many shops. It is about the same distance to the charming village of Torrox Pueblo with many narrow alleys climbing a hill and in the square you will find several restaurants and can experience the lovely atmosphere. The distance to Malaga is 52 km along the highway, and in the outskirts of Malaga you find the international airport.
