The payment model is simple, you reserve the property you want to buy for € 6,000 + VAT 10%. When you sign the purchase contract, you pay 30%, and the remaining 70% when it is ready for occupancy and the title deed is written at the notary. When buying new construction, approximately 13% of the purchase price is added, which includes 10% VAT, 1.2% stamp duty, and the rest is the cost of Spanish legal representation, notary fees and registration costs of the new owner in the property register.

It's a 7 min drive (4 km) to Torrox Costa where there is a long promenade along the beaches and along it there are many restaurants and bars. There are also several large supermarkets and many shops.
